Shipping & returns.

Delivery window

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment or WhatsApp confirmation. Standard delivery across India takes 4–7 working days after dispatch.

Metros are usually 3–5 days. Remote pincodes add a day or two.

Shipping charge

Free pan-India shipping on orders above ₹2,499. A flat ₹79 applies below that. Express and pre-paid-only slots may apply during festive weeks — we'll note it on the product page.

Tracking & COD

Every dispatch comes with a tracking link by SMS and email. Cash-on-delivery is available for most pincodes on orders up to ₹7,500 — confirmed at checkout.

Outside India

We don't ship international at the moment. If you're asking for a gift that needs to travel abroad, reach us on WhatsApp — we'll work something out.

Stitched pieces

Returnable within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. Refund to original payment method within 5–7 working days of our receiving the piece.

Size exchange is always free once per piece. We cover the return pickup.

Unstitched cloth

Unstitched pieces are exchange-only once cut — this is the industry standard and matches our fabric-supplier terms. If the piece arrives faulty, we replace it. If it's uncut and returned sealed within 7 days, we refund.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire. They can be redeemed across the full catalogue and split across multiple orders.

Damaged on arrival

Open the parcel on camera. If anything is torn, stained, or missing, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund — no questions.
